Yes, I hold a prescribing license, which allows me to prescribe bioidentical hormones (e.g., estrogen, progesterone), intramuscular vitamin injections (e.g; B vitamins, vitamin D, glutathione), and other specialized treatments like compounded natural health products. These prescriptions are ordered through a compounding pharmacy to ensure they are tailored to you and safe.

That depends on your needs and goals. Some people prefer regular check-ins, while others need more flexibility. Typically, I recommend follow-ups every 4-6 weeks to track progress, make adjustments, and ensure your plan continues to work for you. After that, seasonal or yearly check-ins keep us on the right track or help us deal with new symptoms.

I offer both! In-person visits are available in London, Ontario, while virtual consultations are available across Ontario. Whether you prefer to meet face-to-face or from the comfort of your home, I provide the same personalized care in both settings.
